Educational Leaders Learning Collaborative

All Born (in) is working with education leaders from across the region who are dedicated to making their school districts more inclusive to all learners, including those with significant intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Educational Leaders Learning Collaborative grew out of the All Born (In) Conference. Through the conference, we’ve been working for years with local school districts to build regional awareness and expertise around inclusive best practices. Districts have served on the ABI steering committee, sponsored the conference, paid for scholarships for teaching teams and parents, and presented in breakout sessions. Now districts are looking for a deeper level of commitment, and a vehicle to build capacity through collaboration, shared resources, and professional development activities.

Founding Collaborative member districts working alongside ABI include Portland Public, David Douglas, West Linn/Wilsonville, and Ridgefield School Districts.
